    half life: T3-24 hrs, T4-7 days. How long to notice t4?

    I just read about these half lifes and i was wondering how long does it take to "feel" the effects from t4? I know with t3 i start feeling jittery on day 1. I want to know about taking t4 to replace t4 from hgh. Today is day 1 on T4 at 120mcg. Ive been on hgh for a few months.

    When T4 is taken orally peak serum concentration occurs after about 12 hours.
