cycle/clomid question

hey hows it goin guys...just a couple quick questions ...how long/ how big a dosage do u recommend for the clomid post cycle? also i know everyone is different so this may be a dumb question but how much of my gains should i expect to keep from a 8 week cycle of test enth. 500 mgs /week with 4 weeks of dbol at 20 mgs a day? thanks again you guys have been awesome.

day 1 300mg
Day 2-7 100mg
day 7-14 50mg

Some people like to run the 100mg portion an extra week in place of the 50mg. It is up to you.

You know what, I messed that up. It should read

Day 1 300mg
Day 2-7 100mg
Day 8-21 50mg
