ive done test and hgh before about 3 yrs ago and 5/6 yrs ago . i was living in thailand . it was def real test but looking back i didn't know what i was doing
id like to do a run in new yr and need some accurate advice this time . if i was 25 i wouldn't bother so its more to give me faster/better results in gym and give me an all round boost
i dont want to be big . just more toned and lean !
im no expert on diet but know the basics . using 'my fitness pal' to count cal /weight food etc . blend fruit , juice , chicken / tuna etc . but fall of wagon occasionally . i dont want to be too strict with diet
i went to the doc recently to do a full check and i was in good shape all round medically / blood . testosterone i cant remember exact number but i do remember that i was exactly in the middle i.e normal . not high nor low . so technically i don't need TRT
gym - roughly i go about 4 times a week and spread groups. cardio about 3 times a week 25mins / light . other than that im sedentary due to job
biggest thing is i do not want any blote , particularly in face ! . that's my biggest worry !
so id like to know what brand of test . what dosage and how often for what period of time
i would greatly appreciate genuine advice . thank you
