When E goes down, does FT and TT go up?

Let's say according to lab, E2 is high at 100mgs of Testosterone

If you take Arimidex to lower E2, would that result in more TT and FT ? Would that show an increase on those numbers in blood work ?

if I take 100mgs of Test, E2 is high

or if I lower dose to 70mg with Normal E2

Which case is better ? Let's take AIs out of the equation...
