Are my testicles finally atrophied/shrinking after years of B/C or is this a lump?

been on TRT for a few years now, I blast every once and awhile. I managed this without doctors knowing for insurance reasons. I'm about to go get checked out, I'm unsure if I should finally mention to the doctor that I'm on testosterone .

1-2 months ago I've noticed my testicles shrink some. For the last two years, they've been always the same size as they were before I started TRT

5 weeks ago I added deca @ 600mg/week to my trt dosage.

4 weeks ago my sperm turned yellow.

My sperm is still yellow, but it has some white and is improving the last week.

10 minutes ago I was giving myself a scratch and felt something a little odd.

There's something going on that's exclusive to my right testicle. I'm fairly certain there is a growth (about 1/3 of the size of my testicle) It feels kind of squishy like my testicle, but a little firmer, and I can feel pain in my stomach after touching it.

I was kind of worried about my sperm going yellow, and I am nearly 100% that this is new within the last few weeks.

OR is this something that everyone eventually experiences when their testicles atrophy?

My testicles are atrophied big time. I have been on trt for 6 years, and quit using hcg the first year. My testicles have no lumps, or anything unusual, other than being small. My sperm has never been yellow either. I wouldn't tell my doc about the testosterone use, but I would look into whay is wrong.

Lumps should definitely be checked out by doctor.

But most volume of semen comes prostate, from testis its only the sperm which is minute volume.

Hows your e2 and prolactin management?

Being on trt you know you need bloodwork often, right?

If you got a lump that size there is really no reason to worry about anything else right now.

Go to your PCP asap and get a referral to a specialist. Then depending on where you live etc. its up to you to decide how much if any you want to reveal about your usage of AAS.

If you have not already stopped the Deca I would do so immediately, as far as the Test if you are at a realistic TRT (100 or so per week) dosage I would maintain that dosage, if not try to adjust it to obtain semi-normal labs...even though they will likely suspect AAS usage if your test is 10 times the expected level they will likely view you differently than if its slightly elevated.

As to the color of your semen this may or may not be the result of the AAS, myself when I use Deca/Tren my semen also tends to get thick and yellowish so hopefully the growth is something benign and the change in color was due to the 19nor causing changes.

    Best of luck,

    FFM

I could be a Hernia. The best thing to do is go to the doctor and have it checked out. If it is a Hernia you don't need to lift any more until you get it taken care of. Best of luck.
