missed 3 days

I'm about to take my second shot today haven't had any side effects yet but curious to see what happens...I have been stackin with Dbolin and it is making it hard to wake up in the morning but i'm not sure its from that or not.my question is that i went out and met a chic this past thursday and need less to say really haven't gone to the gym in 3 days and i have been stressing over it.. But i plan on doing my regular workout routine starting after the holiday should i work out harder when i go back or just go back to my routine?
