My First Cycle

Sorry guys I know you get these questions a lot but after doing some research I just wanted to get you input/verification on my cycle. This will be my first cycle. I'm 30y/o have been lifting for over 10 years. I'm planning to do a test cypionate only cycle. So here is the break down to my cycle. Let me know if I'm missing anything.

Week 1-12: Test cypionate (250mg 2 x week=Total 500mg a week)
Week 3-12: HCG (250iu every 4 days)
Week 13-4: Nothing
Week 15:100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 16: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 17: 50mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva ED
Week 18: 20mg Nolva ED

Run hcg from the beginning of the cycle right up to 3 days prior to starting pct. 14 days from last pin of test clomid 100/50/50/50 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

Ok thank you. Do you think 12 weeks is too long? should I drop it to 10 weeks and yea HCG was a pain in the ass to try to figure out. Theres so many different things people say about HCG. Also I see different people saying to take HCG as an IM or Sub-q? which one is better? Do you think I need an AI?

yes hcg and an ai both

12 weeks is fine, better than 10 weeks imo

run clomid for 4 weeks. run 40 mg nolva first week. Or i would based on your cycle:-)

What are your stats? Weight, Height, BF%?

I am currently 195, 5'8", and around 13 to 15% BF

Run it from the start of the cycle right up to pct and discontinue it when you start your serms. Yes 10 mg Ed is a good starting point for aromasin

Ummm, good luck with that!

If u stick around for a good min and get your posts up u might be able to get a source check.

This it a GREAT forum but it's definitely not a source forum.

Make sure u have everything u need for your cycle!!!

Final thing, since u posted that comment about sources. Be careful of a** holes that will try to scam u!! I promise u that u will get it here and every other forum out there

To be fair he never asked for a source he just wants to have his 2 potential sources checked to avoid being scammed

But you cant PM anyone until you have, i think 50 posts

When you can PM feel free to PM me, I have only used a handful of sources but im willing to vouch for a source if ive used them. But bare in mind all sources end one day, they might have been good last year, they may shut down this year.

So i just got my HCG and I had a quick question. The HCG came with normal sodium chloride but most forums say to mix with bacteriostatic. Do I use bacteriostatic water or bacteriostatic sodium chloride?

use the bac water it will make your hcg not loose potency for 90 days stored properly
