    First anavar cycle

    I'm beginning this cycle JAN. 4th. Im going to break down each category and would love some vets opinions on all questions but if you have more of an expertise in one category, Im interested in hearing any input...

    STATS:

    31/32 yrs old
    5'10
    195 lbs
    22% BF

    Exp. Been lifting for close to 10 years. I've spent years researching nutrition, training, and supplementation before taking the leap into AAS. I now have been visiting this site daily for almost a year but need some help thats more tailored for me.

    This is my 2nd cycle. First cycle was a test-blend only cycle

    DIET

    I've had great success on the "17 day diet" those not familiar, its just a high protein/ low fat/ low carb diet with 2 servings of fruit and yogurt (probiotics) daily.
    My results weren't as good the last couple times and id like to change things up this time around.

    Im looking into intermediate fasting (IF) or Carb cycling (CC) bc of the thread I read in the nutrition forum here.

    I would kill myself if I had to count calories and from what I read, you can pretty much eat what u want in your 8 hour window in IF as long as ur hitting most of ur macros and fasting for 16 hours. True or false?

    QUESTION 1.) Who has experience with these on cycle around my stats, and which one would be more beneficial, IF or CC?

    I will be eating fairly clean and cutting out my large saturday night alcohol consumption. The problem with this is I will literally have nothing to look forward to. Everyone i know drinks every weekend and it will be tough for this beautiful social butterfly to spread his wings without the "nectar of the idiot".

    QUESTION 2.) So is there hope? People seem to get real judgy around here when u mention booze. I get that it wouldn't be smart when I'm taking var, but what about test? OR what about just a cheat day for food!? I need something to look forward to

    I will also be binge drinking NYE and possibly New Years day while finishing up my christmas cookies throughout the next week in a half. So this diet doesn't go fully in effect until Monday Jan.4th when my cycle begins.

    QUESTION 3.) Would anyone recommend me a juice cleanse/fast or something at the beginning of this cycle? Something to reset my digestive system and detox my liver while the cycle just starts...

    CYCLE

    THIS WILL BE A CUTTING CYCLE

    I'm attempting to drop BF along with building bigger arms and appearing more vascular.
    I've read Austinites "planning first cycle" thread and am following the base of that to a tee.

    Weeks 1-12 Test-E @ 500mg (monday and thurs)
    Weeks 6-12 Add Anavar 50mg (everyday)

    This will allow me to become accustom to Test-E while managing sides before I introduce the var.

    I'm also debating adding t3 to weeks 1-3 before the test kicks in.
    Ive been using it 5 days a week for the last 2 months so this could help me keep my bf down...

    QUESTION 4.) Any input on this before we go into the AI or Hcg ?

    ESTROGEN AND AI

    This is where things get complicated for me. Ive had previous BW that showed my estradial to be slightly high. My theory is it's prob due to weekend binge drinking which will obviously be cut out during this cycle. Esp with the 6 weeks of var due to its liver toxicity.

    As of right now I have some liquid Arimidex on hand. I'm going to buy pharm grade that should be here around mid cycle the question is:

    QUESTION 5.A) ARIMIDEX OR AROMASIN for someone with higher estrogen starting the cycle w liquid arimidex?
    5. B) At what dose?
    5. C) Does the dosage lower when I begin the anavar since that may contribute to lowering estrogen?

    HCG

    I should probably start a new thread about this one. I bought it and have no idea how to use it.

    QUESTION 6. A) How do I mix it?
    6. B) Where do I buy the water to mix it?
    6. C) Is it kept refrigerated?
    6. D) CAN I MIX IT WITH MY TEST DOSE AND JUST HAVE 2 pins A WEEK?

    PCT

    Using Austinites protocol it'll be:

    Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20 2 WEEKS AFTER LAST PIN

    QUESTION 7. A) Does PCT change in any way when incorporating var?
    7. B) Can I add back in some t3 and/or liquid clen during?

    SUPPLEMENTS

    I'll be using:

    NAC- for my liver
    Fish oil/Cla- for lipids/heart/omegas
    Probiotic- for digestion
    BCAA's- as a pre workout
    Whey- protein

    Possibly add in:

    multi vitamin
    Creatine (during pct if I use t3 to ward off catabolism?)
    Glutamine if I'm really sore

    QUESTION 8.) Anybody know a good joint support supp? Maybe in a multi vitamin? Right now I have a huge thing of OPTI-MEN
    Any other supp I should look into during pct or during cycle?

    Thanks to any and all responses. You guys have made this a great place to learn the things you can't anywhere else. Even though I like to think Im almost an expert on a lot of these topics, judging by this long a$$ post, I clearly have a long way to go....

    I aint read every word so forgive me

    But if your wanting to binge drink around new year i wouldnt cycle anytime soon

    Plus your goals are cutting and alcohol will put a huge dent in that goal

    From what you wrote you seem to know stuff and know your goals

    Start a strict diet and clense with green tea and water after new year then start cycle like february imo

    I suggest you hit the diet section and learn wat a real diet is.These fad diets come and go.And we dont endorse oral only cycles here.Your 1st cycle should be test only.

    No disrespect but his cycle plan is test and an oral, not an oral only?
    And he stated clearly its his second cycle not his first?

    I wouldnt get stuck on an diet fads. Id look around the forum or do more research, which it doesnt seem like you mind doing, on finding a more sustainable diet. Remember bodybuilding/fitness whatever it is youre doing is a life style not a fad

    Theres nothing wrong with drinking every so often so dont beat yourself up over it. Just keep in mind it does suppress fat burning ability. You can also just fake it...go grab a water put some ice in it and pretend like your sipping vodka..or buy a beer and baby sit that thing all night

    You shouldnt really be concerned with resetting your cycle or detoxing, everything will come together as you start taking better care of yourself

    Being that youre already close to 200lbs I might consider bumping the anavar to 60-80mg. Why are you splitting your test doses up like that? Typically there is no need to do an E ester more then once a week

    For the Hcg you find bacteria static water and mix it with that. You can find it a lot of places, and yes you keep in the fridge. I dont know if you can mix the 2 in the same syringe considering one is IM and the other is sub q
    I wouldnt use t3 at this point unless you feel like it can help you get over some hump youre on...but dont rely on fat burners good looks come from diet and cardio as far as the body goes

    To me glucosamine is always best for joint support

    And yes Jan. 2nd I plan on cutting out alcohol. Just on a timeframe and need to start cycle by jan 4th. Hoping my detox can begin then before the test is really able to take affect

    Completely agree on the fad diet stuff. Basically it was just a low carb/ low fat diet w high protein. Which most nutrition forums here recommend. Unless you guys are referring to IF or CC diets. Are they considered fad diets as well?

    Not drinking will be a challenge but if I want this bad enough, my will power will be tested.

    Thanks for clearing up the detox stuff. I agree that when i start things will work out.

    The anavar bumping is interesting. Maybe ill bump to 60. Can I take weekends off to give liver a break?

    The test doses are recommended to be split every 3.5 days by the hormone specialists on this site.

    I was unaware that Hcg was sub q. That makes me not want to take it!

    Most forums do recommend them, but as a sustainable diet like I said, something that has longevity to it. Again this is a life style so you want a diet that fits your life style, not some blast diet

    Anavar up to 100mg is fairly mild on the liver so i wouldnt worry about taking weekends off however you can if you want, always when taking orals make sure your water intake is way up

    Did you read correctly on the test, are you sure they werent talking about the different esters?
    While it might be recommended there is really no need to split it up, I dont very often so anyone doing that or suggesting it.

    Dont be scared of subq shots, they are very easy to do and basically painless

    Do you have BW to show higher than normal E2 pre-cycle?
    You'll be just fine with Anavar at 50 mgs for your first run with it. Agree it's mild on the liver but more is not necessarily better.
    Yes, you can inject once per week but the benefit to twice weekly injections is less of a turnover to estrogen as well as more stable serum levels, even after they are dramatically elevated. Not to mention simply pushing less volume.
    Agree with Trap that SQ shots are as painless as it gets. Or just inject it with your test injection.

    Kelkel, Thanks for posting in my thread. Its nothing short of an honor sir, I know you know your stuff.

    It took me awhile to reply but I was finally able to track my old BW results.

    Few things were slightly high that I'm not sure if I have to worry about:

    White blood cell count
    Absolute neutrophils
    Calcium

    Then theres these:
    Bilirubin total (liver?) Barely over
    AST barely over
    TOTAL ESTROGEN AT 158 (SHOULD BE 130 OR LESS)

    Should I use aromasin or arimidex and at what dose?

    Im already in week 2 of my cycle using liquid arimidex but about to buy buy some pharm grade shit

    Ciosa,

    T3 in short is the thyroid hormone. When you supplement with this compound you rev up your fat burning even if your eating above your calorie intake. I can link something for you that was on here that i thought was really well written if you'd like...
