dosing adex

Pretty simple question.
I just started my 6th cycle after 3 years of not cycling, due to my job.
Cycle is test E 750mgs/week for 12 weeks and Anadrol 100mgs/day for 4 weeks to kick start.
My question is what should my adex dose be? Last time I used adex it was liquid so I could break down under 1mg using a syringe, this time I have 1mg tablets, they do not split well. Any suggestions would be great.

My adex pills are also 1mg

A pill cutter is recommended but i managed to bite all mine into quaters

0.25mg EOD is the recommended dose and when you get mid cycle bloodwork you can adjust from there

OK so 1/4 pill every other day should OK then? Should I start that with my first shot, or can I wait a week or so?

Start it straight away and right up until you start PCT.
0.25 is a good start

Get your bloodwork done mid cycle and see where your levels are at (especialy E2, then you can increase or decrease your AI depending on the results)

I seem to remember a member suggesting taking one whole pill once a week...but that was years ago.

These pills are literally less then 1/4 inch in diameter, pretty hard to split.

Spend 5 bucks on a pill cutter or a sharp knife will work. Doesn't have to be perfect.

For 750mgs test plus 100 A-Bombs 0,25mgs adex sounds a bit short. I need more just on that amount of test.

Of course we are all different, and only bloodwork can tell.

.25 eod to start with from day one. These are the bloods you should get at a min before you start then mid and post cycle.
1. Testosterone, Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
4. CBC (Complete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT)
As BB said we are all different so the dose can differ and i'm like him on a dose like that i'm more.

Sharp knife works better than pill cutters imo.

I actually started using a small, serrated steak knife. The edge's hold the little fvckers in place much better and cut just the same....

I wish they would make 0.25 or 0.5 tabs instead of 1mg in such a small tablet its really fiddly to cut up.

Or make the tablet bigger with a line in the middle so it will just snap easier.

All arimidex ive had is pharma grade, im guessing whoever they gave this to and why they must take a whole tablet and thats why they are so small with no break line
unlike steroid users taking halfs and quaters.

I just did my second shot today, so I'm only 3.5 days in ...I'm already getting oily and a couple pimples...does this seem right? I usually don't get acne.
I did just start my adex yesterday so I will take another .25mg tomorrow, or should I bump it up a bit?

Ya my adex is UGL with no cut line...haha I'll try gently sawing them.

Id prepare for a possible increase in your acne.

Your acne your getting now could be due to a hormone flux.

Its hard to say if getting acne this early is right or not,

Some get it quick, some dont get any, some get it at the end, some get it at PCT.

Last cycle I did get acne during pct, never only after 2 shots tho...I will prepare for it to get worse, today I feel bloated more then normal, I'm wondering if the acne and the bloating could simply be elevated e2? Should I up the adex to ed ?
