test or sust 250 with deca ??

Hello to all just a quick one im thinking to run Deca but what shall i stack this with test e or sust 250 thanks and if anyone knows a good cycle they could recommend that would be much appreciated thanks

24 lifting since 17 i think. im 5.10 and about 11 and haf stones

Cycle 1 - Dianabol only 50mg -

Cycle 2 - Anavar only 50mg

Cycle 3 - Test 500 1ml & Anavar 50mg

Cycle 4 - Test 1ml & Deca 500

Cycle 5 - Test 500 1ml & Deca 500 & Anavar 50mg

there both test yes but the sust has different release times

5 cycles and you weigh 161lns at 5'10?

I agree that is pretty light

Im 4th cycle 5ft8 just over 14 stone (203lbs)

Although your first 2 cycles would have been a complete waste of time running orals only without test.

Whats your diet like fella?
What do you eat on a daily basis (be honest here, that way we can see where your going wrong and give you some help)

Given the fact you dont know sus and test are both test you should probably do a bit more research and reading as well buddy, lots of stickies in the question and answers section where you will learn a lot

test ethanate is the same as sust 250 got it. and these my first cycle dont count i didnt finish it and the rest of my cycles were done 3 years ago and to be honest i run in to some bad gear i dont even think one of the cycles worked but this time i will make it work

3 of my cycles were 3/4 year ago too, and i didnt diet correctly then.
I dont know what gear you used but i still have an incline that your not eating enough

i gus your right bro my diet was dead but this time i want to no properly how much i should take of test and deca and the only reason i was asking about test ethanate and sust is which ones better. how much of test and deca should i run and how long thanks taxman

Sustanon or Test Enth
500 or 600mg per week

Decca
400 or 500mg per week

Test enth will give more stable blood levels than sustanon if your injecting twice per week.

I cant stress enough to get a proper diet in order and get used to it/diet discipline before starting or your cycle will be a waste of time and money.

When I ran deca I only did 250mg a week with 500mg if test

I was thinking of running it again, but haven't yet. But, I'd still do the same. The whole idea of deca dick don't settle to well with me, so I keep test way higher.

161 @ 5'10" is a waste of gear unless you're 2% Bf

I believe that before cycling you need to have bp close to the recommended range, bf less than 15%, proper diet, and blood test results in check. Anything outside of that increases the risk during the cycle and is probably a waste of gear. AAS isn't the magical solution. It helps, but you also need to continue with the training, diet, etc after cycle.

EITHER would work just fine. Personal preference here. I love SUST and TEST CYC/ENAN/PROP
