last night i felt like my heart will pop out my chest,and i felt very big deppresion,like to kill my self depresion,i came back home in 4 am,my wife is very angry at me now.

i have read it somewhere here that deca can cause deppresion? did it caused restleslles also and the heart thing?

What your bf%..you say your training twice a day also....I think your overdoing it...I'd advise get of everything and pct and do A LOT more research and keep training and learn more about nutrition
