First Time Cycle Test e & Dbol - Non Body Builder

    Hey guys,

I'm 23 and I'm about to start my first cycle of 500mg/wk Test e and 50mg Dbol . I am NOT a pro bodybuilder or anything like that. Just trying to bulk up and put some pounds on... I only plan on doing a cycle or two. Not gonna be a long term thing.

My question is what kind of PCT or anything I should be doing during and or after this cycle if I'm only doing this once or twice and not abusing.

Also do I have to worry about my balls shrinking or not working properly if I'm only doing this once?

    Thanks,
and for some of you that might think these are dumb questions to ask I guess I'll apologize in advance. I've never done this before...so it's not that big of a deal

Thanks again, I actually just responded back to you in the other forum stating that I read both of those links already as well as many others. I still would like to get some answers if anyone can help me.

    Thanks

If you are only planning to do one or 2 cycles i suggest training natty. How about listing up some stats and training experience?

I just finished up college and palyed WR at a D2 school... I've always been lifting hard 5 days a week since i was 16 (i'm 23 now)
I'm 6'1 and normally walk around at a lean cut 175... Peak offseason weight I've been at 187.

I try to take in over 3000 calories a day. I take all the over the counter supplements I 've just always had an issue putting on weight... I already received the Test E and Dbol today so training all natural isn't an option at this point.

Because after years of eating right and lifting hard and doing it the "natural way" I am still not where I want to be physique wise...It comes down to genetics and naturally majority of my family is tall and lean...I'm just looking to get bigger and stronger... If you take issue with that and think that isn't a good enough reason well I'm sorry but to each his own... I know what I want and i'm going to do it this way... I'm just obviously new so I thought I could ask a few questions

In response to the bolded text, just because you have your things on hand, doesn't mean you don't have the option of not using it. Honestly, you're a bit on the young side, but you're old enough to make your own decisions. I just hope you're aware of the potential long term side effects this could cause. If I were you, I would take a least a few months on a 4,000 calorie diet and see where that takes you. I bet you'd be surprised. Remember, if you can't gain natty, chances are, you're not going to keep the LBM (if any gains are made in the first place) from your cycle once you come off if you're not eating enough. At 6'1" and 175lbs, you're pretty thin, regardless of what you're body fat % is. Why don't you head over to the diet section and post up your diet for the members to critique?

I noticed you didn't say anything about your PCT compounds and on-cycle ancillaries...if you don't have these, then you don't have a complete cycle.

Ultimately the choice is yours but if you are not were you want to be natty then you will not hold it after you are done with your cycles. What does your food intake look like each day?

Well my original question was about the dosage and usage of the PCT... I have the HCG (please correct me if I'm wrong) to use throughout the cycle and I should be receiving my clomid next week... My original questions were originally when I should be using both the HCG and clomid (timeframes for during/post cycle)

All your answers are in the "Successful First Cycle Thread" that you were linked. Take some time and digest it. Do not use Dbol on a first cycle.
The guys above are correct though, if you can't eat enough calories to sustain the new found muscle, you'll simply lose it. My advice would be similar to Musclestack's. Take some time and learn to eat more, focus on training and see what happens in 6 months or so.

Eating enough to grow and put on LBM is hard to do. It's not a casual thing. Think of it this way, if you want to be 200 lbs you have to eat like you're 200 lbs. Otherwise, you're back to square one and you've done nothing but waste money, time and unnecessarily risk your HPTA.

You may want to post in the diet session. Many times people think that their diet is right on and cannot gain or lose weight. It is more than just calories', it is the make up of them.
