    Ephedrine Vs. Ephedra

    I wonder if there is a big difference in the effect given by Ephedrine and the one given by Ephedra?

    If I take an amount of Ephedra that makes my body convert it to 50 mg Ephedrine will I feel a differnence if i take 50mg "clean" ephedrine!?

    300mg ephedra converts into 20mg ephedrine I do belive.

    anyone else??

    yes but is there a difference in the felt effect in the two substances?
