Need mass? novice cycle?
Hi! I'm a 21 years old Swede. I have been lifting for 3 years and I'm in great shape.
- 170 lbs(76 kg),
- 6 foot tall (182 cm).
- 10% bf
- very well shaped (excepet arms only 15" or 38 cm)
- bench 220 lbs (100kg)
I belive I'm at my peak as working out whitout AAS. My diet is good and I look great.
BUT
I'm too small. my body would look really good whith 22 lbs or 10 kg more muscle.
Although my diet I seem to be unable to recive that weight gain.
I've planned a cycle to get bigger (a 7 week cycle). Need your help and opinions!
thanks a lot!
1-7 sust 500mg
3-7 winst.-tabs 35mg/day
3-7 Proviron (anti estr.)
And of course 10 days of clomid after the cycle.

I think something like this would be better:
Week 1-11 Test Enth 500mgs
Week 1-4 D-bol 30mgs ed
Week 1-10 Deca 300mgs
Clomid 2 weeks after last shot of Test.
The Deca is optional.

or try this
week 1- 10: 500 mgs test enth
week 1 - 4: 35mg/ed d-bol
week 1- 10: deca 400mg/ew
clomid 2 weeks after last shot !
regards !

At 21 I'd wait anothe 2-3 years, take this time to get your diet, training and recovery down. Then when you juice you'll have a good foundation.
Your natural hormones sre the highest they'll be in life, take advantage of them, don't shut them down by juicing. You may never recover them again.

M and G's cycles are great for a first timer, but if you insist on running sust run it for 10-11 weeks, not 7. winny is good but Id really recommend you throw in deca , its a world of difference

Most people believe that their diets are great, but fact is it's usually not.
I don't know many people that couldn't put on mass if they truly got in say 5000kcal a day.
Take your time and wait a few years.
