How do you inject BPC-157??

I have tried all kind of things for my elbow tendonitis physio,rest , stretching, etc and its not going away. I have read bpc really helps and works for many so im going to give it a shot.

My Question is ive never injected anything before so i dont know where to start. What needle do i go out and buy?? where do i inject it in the elbow? What size needle?

I'm using 30g insulin needles to inject into the back of my thumb. Injecting as close to the injury as possible, as opposed to injecting TB-500, which is systemic, so it can go anywhere.

Better to post this in the peptide/hgh/insulin section though...
