Red lump 2 injections in a row

Okay guys im on week 8 of 250mg test/e twice per week, rotating between left and right glute so far. Up until this week I have had no issues all very smooth, but the last 2 shots completed with the same technique have come up with a small hard lump under the site and some redness, with the first occasion being very painful throughout entire injection.

Initially I assumed this was nothing and just a one off but having happened twice now im wondering whats the cause. Possibly overuse of the same site?

Any advice?

If its not problem with a new vial, you may have contaminated it.

Either way I would toss it and try with a new one.

No this vial has been used previously with no issues so could be that.

I felt I wasnt relaxed enough the 1st time around but the 2nd attempt was basically pain free and smooth yet still a lump has come

Just to confirm the symptoms are redness with slight itch and lump under the site. I feel that the first lump on the right glute is getting better now 4 days on.

Is it possible you are not going deep enough? What size pin are you using?
