    First cycle - PCT? Test-400 & Tren-E

Hi, I'm running a first cycle. Yes I've done my research and a lot of you might say this is a pretty strong first cycle.

    I'm running Test-400mg & 200mg Tren-e a week split up into 2 injections weekly, for 10 weeks.

My diet/nutrition etc is on point. I've been shooting for about 2 weeks now and training regularly. I get some hallucinations here and there and a few night sweats recently or wake up with a fast heartbeat occasionally in the middle of the night but go back to sleep almost immediately and I'm fine throughout the day at work. The only thing I'm slightly concerned about is I don't know if I'm developing gyno or not? I don't have a really high bf% since I've always been quite skinny to start off with, but I think I might have had a bit of chest fat before. Is it possibly to notice affects 2 weeks in? It might just be paranoia.

One thing I didn't think of properly was a PCT. I have some idea of what to run but thought I'd ask on a forum for some advice from people who've obviously done this way more than me. I kind of rushed into it to start off with so don't post if you're here to lecture me on my mistake, but if anyone could give me some advice on what would be best to run as a PCT and when to run it (how long after roughly), would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks!

I've researched and know what they are but everything I read varies on when people use them, especially AI's. I've done my research on what they do but i'm not sure what's compatitable and a lot of information i read contradicts on when people use them etc. That's mainly what I made this thread for I guess. For advice on other things to use for hormone balance.

Dearing your research, where did u see using tren for your first cycle being a good idea? I would drop that for sure. After that read the link it's Jay man hook u up with. It's everything u need on that.

Yes, like said above just stop, you dont know what you are doing.

At your age, 21 years old, starting with tren you will lose your natural testosterone . Your research is all wrong.

Okay after some thought maybe it is a good idea to drop the tren . Will I need to do anything in terms of that even though I've taken around 2ml already?

I have read it already. I already have nova+clomid planned for my PCT. But some people run HCG /AI's, some say its pointless, some say to keep it at hand incase, some day to definitely use it. Also the different ones to use. All the information I read is conflicting which is why I made a personal post.

If I'm just running test-400 weekly what would you suggest?

Who are these idiots that say it's pointless? If they're "friends" you need to kick them in their atrophied testicals or pinch their gyno lumps.

Okay after reading a bit more. I'm going to carry on running Test-400 on its own 0.5ml 2x weekly.

For my PCT I already have nolva+clomid sorted and have a pct planned.

I'm just confused on this HCG . Should I start it now? Also, is it just called HCG? Its referred to as HCG everywhere I read but does it have specific product names? Some people have said its useful to just have nolva at hand incase of gyno during cycle but for a first cycle on test only a hcg isn't so necessary?

Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin is HCG . For manufacturer names simply google it. Again, "some people" are idiots. Just follow the link you were provided for a successful first cycle. Run an AI as mentioned. You don't simply wait for signs of gyno as it may be to late at that point which is quite stupid. A test cycle shuts you done just as effectively as any other steroid will. If you don't value functioning testicals then don't run HCG.

Here's an excerpt from a study:

    Human chorionic gonadotropin therapy
A known critical element in the development of healthy spermatogenesis is high intratesticular testosterone .13 In men using exogenous testosterone, these levels can be greatly diminished. Intramuscular human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) therapy is an option shown to protect against, or at least to diminish, the impact that exogenous testosterone has on intratesticular testosterone levels . In a randomized, controlled trial of 29 healthy men randomly assigned to four groups, testosterone enanthate was given 200 mg per week plus either intramuscular saline, 125, 250, or 500 IU hCG every other day. Sperm, intratesticular testosterone levels, and gonadotropins were measured at day 0 and day 21. Intratesticular testosterone levels were suppressed by 94% in the placebo group, 25% in the 125 IU hCG treatment group, and 7% in the 250 IU hCG treatment group, and they were increased 26% from baseline in the 500 IU hCG treatment group.13 Thus, even with supraphysiologic doses of testosterone replacement, healthy levels of intratesticular testosterone were maintained by low-dose hCG therapy.
The benefits of hCG therapy are not limited to maintaining healthy levels of intratesticular testosterone levels alone. These benefits also include maintenance of spermatogenesis in males receiving testosterone supplementation. We have previously demonstrated the ability of hCG therapy to maintain spermatogenesis in men receiving TST. When 26 hypogonadal men receiving TST via transdermal patches or intramuscular injections and concomitant low-dose hCG were studied retrospectively, factors such as serum and free testosterone, estradiol, serum parameters, and pregnancy rates were evaluated. Results showed no differences in semen parameters during 1 year of follow-up, and none of the men became azoospermic during the treatment.14
These studies indicate that low-dose hCG may be beneficial for men requiring testosterone supplementation therapy during their reproductive years and that intramuscular or transdermal TST does not necessarily significantly impact spermatogenesis. Further studies are needed to determine whether this benefit is sustained both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Now, please don't ask the same questions again. Either take the advice from people who have been in the steroid world longer than you've been alive or listen to your friends. The choice is yours.

    Thanks.

Don't AI + HCG reduce estr. production, too less of which can cause problems in the same sense too much can?

How do I know whether I'm taking too much/the wrong amount of hcg/arimid at any point if I take the same amounts as the thread linked above.

One of the first thing the thread says is how important blood work is. It shows you how you, as in individual, react to the exogenous substances you're putting into your body. It's how you learn what works and what doesn't without guessing.

A question on this same topic... What are the proper dosages of HCG /AI. Not like these are labeled for use. the question about the brand of HCG is also helpful for the newbies. Googling may be fine but a brand recommendation from a vet would help.

Mike remember to read the Successful First Cycle Thread as it's the perfect beginner's cycle. 250 iu's x 2 per week is just fine. It's all in the thread to help you.

Generic Name: human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG ) (injectable) (Pronunciation: HUE man KORE ee ON ik goe NAD oh TRO pin)
    HCG (
    Novarel, Ovidrel, Pregnyl)
