    Test E/ Anavar cycle

    Hi all, so i just have a few questions on how i should go about doing a test anavar cycle. This isnt my first cycle but i just want some advice on AI, PCT and anything really. So this is what i was thinking of doing but I am not sure of how to structure the cycle with an AI but i am under the impression that it is necessary so im sure you guys will know how to use it correctly, Thank you.
    1-10 test e 250mg
    1 or 4?-10 Anavar (var) 100 mg
    12-16 clomid 50mg and/or nolva 40/40/20/20

    Ps. I am 5'9" 170 lbs looking to gain at least a solid 10.

    i would go

    1-12 weeks Test e 500mg per week
    Introduce the anavar at 2-12 weeks or 4-12 weeks at 50mg ED

    4 weeks of anavar is too short in my opinion, and 100mg ED might be a bit too high if its your first time using anavar.

    Drop the anavar on your first cycle. Just read this post it's really awesome for a first cycle.
