Looks like NACH and Mr.BB already covered most of what I would have said.

Nolva won't do shit. A diuretic is the only thing that will really help, since the problem isn't due to estrogen (aldosterone, most likely).

I doubt your liver has taken much of a hit at all. Certain steroids just cause lethargy in certain people. Dbol makes me lethargic from the get-go, so it has nothing to do with liver strain. Try lowering the dose for at least a few days and see if that helps.

I would never recommend stimulants purely for water retention, as they aren't very good diuretics and can cause a lot more issues.

You suggest she goes 5mg per day Bona? Would that even be considered a dose worth taking? And if so would she be better taking 2.5mg in the morning and 2.5mg in the evening?

I thought with her being a solid 140lbs for a short woman she would be to cope with 10mg easily, shes quite a muscular frame and a strong weight on her height, 5ft4 i think

We have her water retention under control, b6 and this stuff:
Herbal Classics Water Retention Tablets | Holland & Barrett - the UK’s Leading Health Retailer

Her water retention shifted within days.

Just need to get the painful pumps shes getting on workout days sorted and her lethargic feelings

    Thanks for the response

Yeah, 5mg of Var should be good for a while, especially till you pinpoint the cause of the lethargy.

The pumps can be prevented by taking 5g of taurine (once, maybe twice daily).

    Thanks Bona

Her urine is quite dark on a morning as well
    She drinks lots of water

She has 3 weeks left on the anavar cycle (thats if she does 6 weeks)
Or 5 weeks left if she does 8 weeks

She hasnt decided wether to go 6 or 8

Think she should get a liver test? Or would liver support be enough? I know thats just guessing but im really surprised that 10mg of anavar could cause so much stress?

Urine color has nothing to do with your liver (urine is filtered out by the kidneys). And it's normal for the first urine of the day to be darker.
I suggested the 5mg of Var because she may discover that 5mg doesn't cause any lethargy, in which case you could probably add in a low dose of a second compound and get better results without the lethargy.

    Good thinking Bona

What would you suggest as a second compound? She doesnt want to touch anything too hormone messing.

Only ephedrine, yohimbine, clen stuff like that.

Tren and Deca are out the window

Honestly, deca is pretty good for women (more for bulking, obviously). Primo would probably be the safest.
These are both much less likely to cause that lethargy.

I've started taking Liv52 for support.

Can anyone suggest why I am hungry all of the time whilst on cycle? Since starting Var I have noticed a drastic increase in my appetite to normal, and while I am trying to cut it is so hard to not eat more than I normally do to satisfy my hunger???

Liv52 is just a bunch of herbs, personnaly dont think its very effective, still better than nothing.

    Why arent you taking NAC?

Go to Boots or H&B and if the chemist doesnt know it as NAC ask for acetylcysteine.

About the hunger the steroids probably kicked your metabolism up and the body ask is asking for more fuel. Also the lethargy can be thyroid related, your thyroid can be a bit slow to keep up to higher metabolism (just a theory without bw).

I got some NAC today ready for my next cycle so il give it to her, i thought liv52 was rated good is why i bought on prev cycle and gave it to her.

Do you think she should stick to her clean diet and deal with the hunger OR eat clean and fill the hunger (bare in mind shes trying to lean out)
I thought the var maybe increased her metabolism but shes reading online that anavar should supress her appetite.

I told her thats sometimes the trouble reading online, so many different reactions and opinions

    Thanks BB

Think she should stick to her objectives/macros.

We all react differently, the chance of a side effect it is still only that, a chance.

True. I take appetite suppressants and drink a ton of water on cycle.
