    Bilateral injections

    Has anyone every tried or done this? If you don't know what it means for example shooting both quads same day or both delts same day. Just curious cause I'm more than likely gonna go this route on the next cycle cause I'll be pinning 5x a week.

    I've done both delts the same day because i didn't know how much liquid i could fit in there. if you get any pip, it will be in both instead of one. i don't see it being an issue as long as your not hitting the same spot over and over
