My first cycle

Hi, my name is Valentino. I am looking to do my first cycle, these are my current stats:

Age: 25
Height: 176 cm
Weight: 76.5 kg
Bf: 16%
Years of training: 3

My goals is to reduce my body fat from 16% to 10-12% and gain a little amount of lean mass. Where i live i can only find sustanon 250, anavar (tabs), clenbuterol and all the PCT; so i planned my cycle in this way:

1w: 250 mg sust
2w: 500 mg sust
3w: 500 mg sust
4w: 500 mg sust
5w: 500 mg sust
6w: 500 mg sust
7w: 500 mg sust
8w: 500 mg sust
9w: 500 mg sust----35 mg anavar
10w: 250 mg sust----40 mg anavar
11w: 40 mg anavar
12w: 35 mg anavar


While on cycle i am also running hCG from the 3° week to 12° week, at 500 iu/week. Also i will take Arimidex at 0.25mg/day from day 2 up until PCT starts.

Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20

Read it again if you are not sure.

Also cutting in a first cycle is a waste cause is when you get most muscle gains, but not if you are on a cutting diet.

If you need to cut, do it before the cycle.

The last weeks is when you need to work and eat hard to preserve the new muscle tissue.

Like I said before, if you have some fat to trim do it before the cycle.
