Why is HCG better than Clomid while on cycle?
Guys,
Just wondering... As we all know, the pituitary gland in the brain releases luteinizing hormone (LH) into the blood stream, which signals the testes to “GO” and produce testosterone . After testosterone has been produced it naturally converts to some estrogen and this estrogen acts as a “STOP” signal to the pituitary to stop making LH. Clomid works by blocking that "STOP" signal to the pituitary and tricks it into continuously producing LH, therefore keeps your testes working to produce it's own testosterone.
HCG mimics the LH, which basically results in the same outcome of your own testes producing testosterone, but I am just wondering why people don't run 25mg of Clomid while on their entire cycle instead of HCG based on a cost comparison and overall results? What's your guys thoughts on this?

Try it yourself.
Cycle while taking clomid and monitor your LH. You will see how useless is taking clomid while on cycle.

So it is a fact that LH levels would not be no where the same as it would be being on HCG while on cycle? Why is it that I wonder?.. Like I said.. I'm not questioning you or challenging you in anyway.. just wondering is all?
I know for a fact that Clomid raises LH levels while not on cycle.. I've been on 25mg for about 45 days prescribed by Dr. Saya. LH levels went from 1.7 to 5.8 increasing my test from 316 to 702.

BB is on point here. SERMS will do nothing for LH while in the presence of exogenous testosterone .
HCG does not raise or stimulate endogenous LH levels. It mimic's them. Big difference.
Yes, clomid raises LH when not on cycle.

Clomid doesn't work to increase test on cycle because it only blocks estrogen at the hypothalamus, not androgens.
