Hello guys. I'm Not a bodybuildelr, but I train mma and I'm on a testosterone blend 400 mg per injection. I take milk thistle, one a day vitamins, plus fiber supplements. Now my question is I'm having trouble losing weight in midsection. I have rigorous workouts of cardio and weight training. Im trying the protein diet. Now I now the swelling is usual but I'm having troublel losing water weight. Where am I going wrong
