    Full Body vs Split workout on AAS?

    I am about to start my first cycle and was wondering if I should switch my routine.

    Age: 26
    6'1 195 pounds
    Bench: 305
    Squat: 385
    Deadlift: 440

    I am currently doing a full body workout. It's basically like Starting Strength (look it up if you don't know what that is) but with a couple more exercises added. 3x a week. Mon Wed Fri. Weekends off. Compound exercises are at 5 reps. Isolations are done at 8 reps. Routine has been great so far naturally.

    But should I continue doing it once I jump on AAS? Or will 3 days a week not be enough while on cycle? Should I switch to a 3 day split like Chest/shoulder/triceps, Back/Biceps, Legs repeat?

    Which one would be better while on cycle?

    If im reading correctly,
    Your thinking of training chest, shoulders and triceps all in one session?
    I think thats counter productive in my opinion

    If what you have been doing has worked great natty for you, then id say keep at that rather than your new proposal.

    I train one body part per day and smash the hell out of it. 2 days on 1 day off

    Example;

    Monday chest
    Tuesday bis
    Wednesday off
    Thursday shoulders
    Friday tris
    Saturday off
    Sunday back
    Monday legs

    Etc,

    Thats just what works for me,

    There are many ways to do it actually,,,full body,,,split training.
    Some guys even focus on one body part per day training,,,especially bodybuilders.

    It doesn't matter. Just train hard and stay consistent. I don't change my training on or off cycle.

    I think starting strength is great, especially younger dudes who can take serious abuse of joints/tendons. I think as long as you eat and train hard you will see great gains.
