So I had a look at a cycle I want to do. Was looking at the following:
Week 1-4: 50mg TBol & 40mg VAR
Week 5-6: 50mg TBol & 50mg VAR
PCT: 20MG Nolva for 30days and then 50mg Clomid for 20days
Been lifting for 2 years, mainly powerlifting, 20% bf.
That is likely going to shut you down.
You need testosterone as the base for any cycle.
And if this is your first cycle, it should only be testosterone only.
I think you need to do a bit more researching before cycling as this is pretty basic knowledge.
Your bodyfat is also high which greatly increases the chance of aromatisation and gyno potential, you want to get under 15% to lower this risk.
What are your stats?
Age?
Height?
Weight?
Any previous cycles?
What are your goals?

Well, if you want to avoid as much as possible of the sides, i think 5-6 weeks on turinabol and anavar is a better choice than the stickis 12 weeks 500 test e.
A little shutdown, but an easy recovery.
But you will not feel supergreat compared to the sticky suggestion.
Ive never had any negative sides on a 500mg test cycle, maybe a little acne, i would far rather have that than potentialy no libido and no sex for 6 or more weeks for very small gains in return from the OP's proposed cycle.Quote:

I would also note you should not "stack" in your first cycle. Stacking obscures the effects each individual compound has on your body--which you need to learn. For me, anavar does basically nothing except make me very lethargic, even to the point of affecting workouts.
atleast att an hrt amount of test to the cycle IMO.
and do the pct of both as same time . 4-5 weeks of clomid AND tamox ed.
i say scrap the oral cycle and do test only for 12 weeks. MAYBE add one of the orals. and have an AI during cycle

One of my friends also on tbol and var cycle:
Week 1-8 80gr tbol
Week 8-12 100grvar
If you cant pin or dont want to pin,
Then cycling isnt for you my friend
