Focus on the food and training. Then grow into your cycles... No more isn't really better

The answer is no, do some reading on Ameen Alai "mad scientist" he trains number of pros and uses the minimum amount of gear to bring them into peak conditions and keep them near 300lbs mark in off season. He relies heavily on nutrition to create the anabolic environment we are all after. He never recommends 1.5iu of GH at a time and low doses of gear as well. Very smart guy and some inovative thinking way in regards to his cycles. One of his athletes is Tony Freeman.

It truly depends on the individual. I have always got by on rather small dosages however I always pay very close attention to my DIET and training.
