    High Estradiol and LDL

    Estradiol - 153 pmol/L or 41.67 pg/ml
LDL - 3.36 mmol/L - within range but on the high side

What could be the possible reasons for high E2? I don't have any symptoms of high estrogen. I read that different labs use different kinds of lab tests with varying degrees of accuracy.

Is it advisable to start a cycle with aggressive AI?

Please let me know if I should post other numbers too.

Let me know your thoughts please.

Is that a sensitive E2 reading? Regular E2 test doesn't register well for men and often reads false high numbers. If it was regular test, get it re-tested and make sure to order sensitive assay.

How do I know whether its regular or sensitive? the report says "Estradiol"

I am certain its regular coz when I told the doctor I wanted sensitive e2 assay, he said "i don't know what that means"

Is there any other terminology for this test?

If it doesn't say sensitive, it probably isn't. And no, sensitive is the correct terminology, might be best to look for a different Doctor.
