my first cycle

hey guys im looking for a few answers on what cycle i should use.. i am really looking into taking winstrol but i dont know exactly what i need to take... it is my first time using steroids and i have talked to a few people...but noone can give me straight answers... i am 5'10"....180......thanks for the help guys

ur profile says ur 23% bf, so my advice is to get into the cardio and loose as much fat as u can w/out juice.
