Probably not the best choice for this, since I believe it affects arteries more than veins. But it does have several nice benefits, if you need them.

Definitely not the best choice. Bona is right, the tunica media in veins just doesn't have as much muscle as in arteries so you won't see as much vein dilation.
You're just going to end up lowering your BP for naught. Even if it affected veins well, it's only a temporary solution. Stay hydrated and keep a low BF and that'll keep you vascular.
