I am 5'10'' and weigh 290 lbs. I am not extremely fat but am a little soft. I naturally have a good amount of muscle which leads people to belive i weigh much less than I do. I desperately want to trim down and define the muscle i already have. I have a good diet now along with a good workout plan. Anything i can add to help achieve my goal????????????

Remember bro, patience and dedication are going to get you where you want to be. Take some pictures. and every 3 months take more pictures. Then you can compare them and see the improvenments you are making. This will give you more motivation. Good luck!
