Getting started
Hi. I'm 37 and looking into T replacement. My total T came back from the lab at 189! I don't know how I'm alive. So I'm now on to looking for a supplier and came up with a place out of Florida called elite medical group and want to know if anyone has delt with them etc.

Why was it that low?? That low means there is an underlying medical condition and the last thing you want to do its patch it up with exogenous testosterone without finding the root cause.
Post the bloodwork and situation in the TRT forum for us to help you.

So sorry about your situation.
Haven't dealt with the company your talking about but if you get familiar here I'm sure you'll find a reputable company.

Low T's pretty common among men. You're a little young but not too out of the ordinary. My training partner, when he was 41, had 50% T level of a 100 year old man! LOL, seriously this guy's T was non-existent. A month into TRT, he looked TOTALLY better. He had more energy, more libido, he didn't look pale anymore. Pinning once a week for life, and in return, world's a lot better place. I think it's worth it.

Haven't heard of elite but if you want a good one try Defy medical. Probably the best but a tad pricey. Dr. Krisler runs it, right guys?
Here's the link: Defy Medical – Testosterone, Hormones, Fat Loss, Estrogen, HRT, Low T
They will do it all remote. You do have to pin yourself but that's no big deal.
Question: Have you cycled before? That seems awfully low for your age but not unheard of.

Hope you have advised your friend to do at least some basic checks to rule out the normal conditions which are responsible for low testosterone .
For example, the last thing you want, is give testosterone to someone with testicular cancer...

Not only testicluar cancer but one of the first things a endocrinologist will usually do is try to determine if the issue lies in the testicles or from the pituitary gland (possibly tumor)...they usually make them complete and MRI and have certain fluids pumped in through an IV to determine this.
Now there may very well be nothing too horrible wrong but just under production naturally but I like Mr.BB would want to be checked out anyways.
Besides OP where did you have the bloods taken anyways was it PCM or did you do them on your own from privatemd or somewhere like that? If it was a doctor surely they told you to go to a specialist like a urologist or endo.
You will feel better with the test but I'd just make sure everything was g2g. Plus if you have insurance it wouldn't be a problem to get diagnosed and get pharma gear just as cheap as UGLs. Not to mention an endo will run your bloods too. Just some things to think about. I'm not saying don't do it but be smart about it.

Thanks for all your helpful advice! Basically Im new to this hole thing. Never taken any supplements etc. Never taken any inhancements before. 37yrs 5'9" 190lbs. Felt a real drop off the last couple of years in attitued labido etc so starting to look into what it could be. All I know so far is that I had a lab test my total T and it came back 189. Lab was theranos in a walgreens. I will be doing more investigating of why that is before I get into taking anything. I live in the Phx area and checked with a couple of TRTs around and endocrinologists and they seem kind of pricey. $210 A month and I wouldnt see any results for 8 to 10 weeks! Is that the average price? Btw No Insurance to cover anything ether...Ive seen blogs about getting a proscription then buying what I need online but that seems hard to do. Doctors want me to come in every week for the injections. Dont seem like they will just hand out a proscription... any info and is helpful on what to do
