i'm using clen&t-3 for the 1st time .should i do 2weeks on\ 2 weeks off for clen & t-3(as this can cauuse "crash peroid").i've heard that t-3 also causes muscle loss so shld i continue my usual diet to maintain my muscle mass.can anybody tell me what shld my clen &t-3 cycle shld look like(is tapering useful)....
