    Need advice on new cycle after 3 years

    First & second cycle I ran was:
    Test+Tren ETH (injection) 350mgs (2x 20ML vials) (200mgs test - 150mgs tren PREMIX - atlas pharm)
    3 day pins - 3 months

    Outcome:
    175lbs > 200bs
    BULKY
    Felt godly

    Side:
    slight Backne
    slight gyno
    slight ED
    some sleepless nights
    (seemed minor to me)

    Me:
    28yr
    Male
    6'0
    200 lbs
    BF 16%
    2 previous cycles

    3 years later I am looking for a new cycle.
    I have a physical job so I am in good shape, but not good enough.

    This time around I am looking for some insight on what to take to CUT. I dont want to get HUGE, I just want to have faster gains in small muscle mass while being cut so it shows.
    -200>175-185
    -I also liked pinning every few days.
    -Been at the gym for months now.
    -Diet is alright, powders and vitamins all good (healthly)

    I had friends say test+ winny/dbol /decca & clomid.

    What is your guys opinion of a small bulk, cut cycle?

    I'd say test p with tbol or anavar . Less bloat and more lean mean gains. Run an ai with cycle. It worked great for me.

    Oh btw you don't wanna stack 2 different Orals when taking test. Winny and dbol are rarely used for cutting but hey everyone's different.

    Thats interesting, ill look more into that.
    The build you have going on is what i am looking for this time around so if test p + dbol /anavar will do that then i might take that route.

    AI meaning?

    Hows the cycle like on these, i can pretty much get anything so I was hoping for a solid cycle lay out.
    Pin times
    Mls per pin
    cycle length
    whats needed on and off
    etc.

    Having not ran a cycle for 3 years there really is no need to run anything other than test, particularly based on your goals, which will be met by dietary changes more than multiple AAS compounds.

    You clearly ran your first 2 cycles without an AI and probably without a DA or HCG . Hope fully you ran a PCT.

    Thanks for the feedback so far guys,
    I came here to find info on running my first cycle and with your help it went well and I appreciate it.

    To be honest I was thinking about a straight test cycle + clomid... minor gains, energy, loss of BF which will show full gains.
    Remember I am not looking to get huge.
    I want to cut the fat I have from 200lbs to 175-185 or so lean.
    The test+tren I ran was HARDCORE.
    I was way to bloated, water retention and HUGE... I looked like a tree.
    So in no way I want to get that big.
    Id like to have the muscle I had running that but definitely not the roundness and unatural look.

    My guy mentioned test+Masteron ?

    Hes got pretty much whatever I would need.
    So if I were to run a cycle on my needs, what exactly would I need and what would the cycle look like on and off?

    Whats your opinion on propecia for hairloss?
    I realized my hair thinned out and I have a reciting hair most likely due to the 2 cycles of tren since its so strong.
    I am native american and we DO NOT lose hair. Thin yes, but baldness and such is a hell no.

    At 16% bodyfat (which could be wrong anyway, a lot of people including myself have been way out at guessing bodyfat, even with calipers)
    Masteron will be a complete waste, it only benefits people who are very lean, like 10% or less.

    A lot of people out there think Masteron will rip them up, that is not the truth. Masteron and Winstrol will help achieve a dryer harder look for people who arr very lean.

    At your bodyfat your diet is what needs addressed to achieve your fat loss.

    Could you post a picture so we can see what we are dealing with? It will help us give you the correct advice in your current condition.

    After reading up (Ive been on the site for the past 6 hours) I agree with the mast.

    I am in the middle of reading up on winny and it seems like the closest to what I want.
    But I am not trying to go all out or anything.
    So at this point I figure the best bet for me is just keeping it simple with Test+clomid then an on cycle and off cycle agent which I am unsure of at this point (still reading).
    I feel as if that will give me the boost, small gains, fat loss and a cleaner way to become lean along with aligning my diet ov course.

    Ill look for a pic, I look similar to your build but with my work and headgame this time around I am looking for the physique like kallmenelly's has.

    I do physicals for work, last one was a month back and I was at 20% and been hitting the gym harder lately so I guess 18-19%.

    #1: First month of test/tren which is EXACTLY what I want exept MORE define/toned. (175-185 - lean - healthly slim look)

    #2: 2-3 months in test/tren Which Is what I am about right now which isnt to bad. (200 - slight bloat/water rentention - rounded - pooch)

    #3: 5+ Finished cycle of test/tren When I was way to bloated and what I want to stay away from (220 - super bloated - sluggish)

    I actually just finished reading the majority of it a couple hours ago now that I had time to research more today.
    I read a similar one before I took my first cycle years ago when I joined this site.

    I actually never ran an AI with my first cycle which is why I didnt fully understand it and probably why I had some minor but annoying sides. (Surprised its not as bad as some cases running test+tren as a first timer).

    1. Test ETH 1-12 weeks at 250mg every 3.5 days max of 500mgs a week
    2. Arimidex 1-12 weeks at .25 every other day from day 2 up until PCT
    PCT: nolva+clomid


    This is something I am looking to run.
    I read into clen , I could run that with that cycle ^ ?
    2 weeks on 2 weeks off, what dose?
    Is it worth it for fat loss?
    It seemed like a good cutting agent to start with while im building muscle.

    Honestly a test only cycle and dialled in cardio and diet will achieve your goals.

    Clen isnt a magic pill, its actually pretty weak and is used for people at very low bodyfat. I doubt you would notice anything using it.

    I can tell by your pics that your diet needs worked on buddy, and id guess your bodyfat was at 18%ish.

    If your wanting to look towards 10%, you need to dial in your diet too a very high standard.

    You need to work out your TDEE to work out your maintenance calories.
    Then if your cutting, drop 300-500 calories per day, and if your bulking, add 300-500 calories per day.

    Plenty of TDEE calculators online which you can use for free

    ^^^^ this is what u will need. I'm assuming your higher bf% now then when u did a cycle 3 years ago.

    Don't cycle until u get yourself and your diet in peak condition. That way u will get alot more out of your cycle

    Op, you seem to be searching for short cuts to quality nutrition. Nail down your diet and you don't need any other crap (other than test) at this point in your training.

    Ill stay away from clen then, no point in running something that will hardly work.

    What I am thinking is:
    1. Test ETH 1-12 weeks at 250mg every 3.5 days max of 500mgs a week (30-40ML vial)

    I heard to run just 1 PCT?
    I am researching more about which one to go with or even both.

    I know slight depression cant be stopped.
    sleepless night is what it is.
    I dont want to recieit my hairline anymore.
    Definitely dont want my gyno to get worse then it already is.
    and lastely I want to protect my liver at all costs.

    Thats understandable.
    I am dieting at a good pace.
    Its not a "vets" diet or anything on the lines of that, I like what I like but healthly none the less.
    I wanted to go the easy way out with the fat loss but now I am not.
    Revamping my diet and routine will do that for me.
    I just want a muscle/boost at this point which is why I am just going to run test with AI's this time.
