2nd Cycle Overview and Suggestions
First cycle of the standard Test-e cycle finished up in Jan and I am planning, preparing, and purchasing for my next cycle; which is planned to begin in mid April.
First cycle results where great! No real complaints and zero problems. The only difference was that my PCT was dialing back my dosage to my TRT plans. Rechecked bloodwork and everything is back to norm and looking good. 10+ pounds gained and most of it has been kept. I have been a little off diet while not on cycle but I am mostly nitpicking.
My second cycle I planned to be a little more athletic focused so in my research I came across the suggested athletic cycle here. https://www.steroid.com/Athletic-Cycle.php The page lists them in full per week doses. Listed below I have the dosage broken into per dose intervals for a week.
Week 1 - 12: 50 - 75mg Test-E 2x per week (current TRT dosing)
Week 5 - 12: 50mg Win ED
Week 1 - 12: 100mg Deca 2x per week
Week 1 - 12: 250iu HCG 2x per week
Week 1 - 12: Sticking with my .25 Arimidex / EOD and checking bw for changes
Current stats - 34
Weight - 195lbs
Heigh 5'7"
BF - 15%-18%
Test - 800'ish
Free T - 22
TSH 2.5
E - 50'ish
PSA, CBC, hemocrit, etc etc. all came back with everything in normal ranges except RBC was 6.23 with a range of 4.1 - 5.7. Doc said donating blood will take care of this.
Thoughts on this? I can always default back to another Test-E cycle but this would be a more focused attempt. Diet would be standard, upped caloric intake (3200 per day) clean carbs, good fats, plenty of proteins. Supplements would include lots of liver support as well.
Specifically this is all for olympic weightlifting.
