u get tied cuase Gh cuases slight hypo keeps ur carbs up through out the day and ull beb fine .the iother never heard of

yes it does ,at just 3ius ,Gh metabolixes carbs so that wont be a problem just eat clean ,brown rice ,oatmeal ,and stuff like that,u need crabs dont cuthem out completely .
