I'm a 25 yr old male I been at it for 3 yrs looking to start my first cycle. I have read some stuff online, but I need to know what type and dosage would be right for someone my age. I hypertrophy, strenth,and power train in 4 week cycles. With cardio 2-5 times a week I lift 5-6 days a week. Can someone please tell me what the best dosage and type would be right for me. I want to put on more muscle.
