criticize my second cycle
hi guys
i am going to start my second cycle and i need your opinions and criticize my cycle
firstly my status
length is : 177
weight : 92 kg
age : 21 years
fat mass : 21%
and my cycle will be like that
Week 1-12: Test Enth 250mg ‘Every 3 days’ the total is 500mg
Week 1-6: winstrol 50mg daily
week 1-12 : Hcg 250 mg twice a week
week 1-12 : (Arimidex ) 0.25mg ‘Every Other Day’
and Clenbuterol 60mg for two weeks on followed by two weeks until last week of cycle
cytomel : 75 mg along the cycle
While finishing up the cycle , i will begin the PCT for four weeks on week 15 with :
Nolva : 40\20\20\20
Clomid :100\75\50\50
Q1 \ should i use liver support or it will be fine with these compounds ?
Q2 \ can i mix test with hcg in one pin ?

I wouldn't cycle at that age my friend or BF%. I would check out the diet section of this board great guys in there willing to help. Stick around and read and learn from now till the time is right to cycle. Good luck!

I agree with bodacious. You can cause damage to your hpta that may be irreversible. Wait until your 25. I would not recommend that anyone cycles above 15% bf. AAS increases your bp and cholesteral.

You need to lean out, Test E blows you up like a balloon. Lower your carb intake ,up your protien, hit the cardio and take The clen . Don't waste your Test save it tell your a bit older and ready for it.

You cant say 10 min cardio before weights is going to save someone from bloating, we are all different.
Keep your cardio high
Dial in your diet
Increase your water intake
Make sure your run your AI
This will prevent bloat or keep it to a mimimum, if you still bloat, then your need to clean your diet up more and increase water intake again
If you drink acohol, dont. Its the worse for water retention, and the body burns any alcohol off first before your calories from food/your bodyfatLast edited by TheTaxMan; 03-10-2016 at 08:26 AM.

how many minutes approximately for cardio ?
and what about support liver is it Necessary

Take NAC for liver support
Cardio length and intesnsity would depend on your goals, but 20-30 mins 4-5 times per week should be a solid amount
