Lightbulb Time to hop on gear because of tight schedule? (srs) (aus brah) (need help)

Never ever considered taking anabolics or any form of enhancing peds, been lifting for about 1.5 years now

I just hit my protein numbers, calories and lift according to my program

In 1.5 years naturally I have a 235lb bench, 405 deadlift, 315 squat (never train squat)

Been relatively happy with my progress however, I have never, in my entire life been cut, in fact I've never even seen my abs, I planned on going on a strict cut but recently got into med school and my life is currently a whirlwind and mess

I can only fit lifting 3x a week (and thats me lifting in a energy depleted state), I have little control over my meals as I eat whenever I can atm. Still slowly progressing, and making strength gains despite being in a deficit

Work has taken up my life, but I'm still determined to get shredded, and now I'm here asking you brahs for help, what can I take that will help me drop body fat

And for those who wanna say I can always find a way to fit in a contest prep style program + diet, m8's I'm at college 12-14 hours a day 5x a week + I work 4x a week. Time to hop on roids to compensate

Currently 5'8, 155 (was 5'8, 170 but lost a chit ton since school started)

You still have to put in alot time and work even if you're on aas. If you want to just lose bf% then you'd be just wasting oil imo. Maybe instead of spending money on roids, buy yourself a a nice treadmill or eliptical so you can just do cardio at home which will be convenient and save you a significant amount of time (on assumption that your gym is not around the corner)

Regardless of cardio, during my last cut I ended up skinny fat

Now I plan on maintaining the muscle I've built, and that won't happen through just cardio

You're obviously doing something wrong if you ending up skinny fat after a cut.

Your best option would be to get to your desired bf% and then do a clean bulk, that way you won't have to worry about cutting and it'll be alot easier to keep all your muscle.

If you don't have time to eat, train, and rest properly then nothing you gain on AAS will be retained. Stay focused on school right now.

You do realize that you must put even more time into fitness once you start AAS? You think AAS is magic? You must train even harder once on AAS. Not to mention you will lose all your gains once off the cycle since you don't see like you take it serious without it

No offence OP but this sounds fairly typical of young Aussie males.

    How old are you?

your diet must need attention if your gaining fat, your either consuming too much foods, or the wrong foods, and not able to burn those calories off
