AI that doesn't cause diarrhea?
Unfortunately, I seem to be getting diarrhea from every AI that I've been taking. I've taken Arimidex , and Letrozole , so far this cycle.
I'm waiting for my order of Stane to come in, so I can see if that will cause the same issue.
What do you guys do to combat the sides from the estrogen blockers?
Would starting at a very low dose, and slowly going up, help with the gas/diarrhea?

This is a known side from the majority of AI's.... I'm just wondering how you guys combat them.

No, it's medical knowledge.
Seeing as look up the clinical studies on products, before taking them, to figure out their sides...
I just was hoping that I wouldn't have this one.
It's from lion, if you must know...

Sometimesit takes a few weeks (2-3) for your system to get use to new meds.
If time doesn't heal your issue, or you don't want to wait, then you can try another AI.

Never had this issue from pharma grade ai's. I would bet it is because it is a liquid research Chem with other additives.

I use a research chem AI and have never had this, nor heard of it. Has anything else changed lately that could be causing it? Different diet, other meds, new supplements etc...?

I'm sorry that you can't seem to find some easily researched information, but it happens.
If you're just going to continue to provide negativity, then don't post.
It's liquid research chem, but even in tablet form, I have this side. *I use research chem, for price reasons.*

Could be the chem, could be diet, could be you. Have you run an AI before or this particular labs AI with or without issue? How long have you been dealing with it? Give it 14 days to see if your gut normalized? Other option is to run an anti-diarrheal with your AI or change the time you administer it (i.e., before or after a meal). I've never had the issue either, so just trying to uncover what could be a variety of possibilities....

Your question is how we deal with diarrhea from AI, and the answer is we don't know because it doesn't happen to anyone here. Telling people they're wrong when they have personal experience and you only have research isn't going to get you very far. As suggested, look at other factors because it may not be the AI causing it.

Clinical studies with thousands of patients > anecdotal evidence from a few on a forum
That's my point here.
Just because it hasn't been brought up on a forum doesn't mean that it hasn't happened.
Again, instead of flaming and providing nothing to the thread, just don't post.
Leave the ego at the door.
Taken with food, without food, before bed, in morning, fasted, and after a large meal.
Stane hasn't caused this issue in the past, except I don't want to continue to pay ungodly for generics, let alone name brand.
My current diet consists of chicken, rice, ion exchanged wpi, teriyaki sauce, oats, various mixed vegetables, bananas, and berries. Once every month or two, I'll go out to eat. This has been my diet for almost a year straight, since my last show. Nothing changes, so I doubt it's diet related, unless a manufacturer changed chemicals in their foods.

Ego checked....
Sounds like you've tried everything 10 ways to Sunday bub. Try the titration as you mentioned and assess. Or take an anti diarrhea med and see if that helps OR pay for the stane as it seems to have been successful for you. I sense the frustration in not getting the answers you want to hear. But it sounds like you're down to only a few other options, ya know?

Im sorry if you think my opinion is negative, but this forum has a lot of information on this drugs, hundreds if not thousands of men taking steroids have been here reading and seeking advice on AI, none has spoken of diarrhea on anastrazol. So its more logic being something else, and the excipients and cleanliness of ugl or research chems are not really something controlled therefore my opinion.
If you are one of the (rare) unlucky ones that do have diarrhea on anastrazol, tue only thing you can do is stop or take the usual diarrhea meds.
The online information you are talking about, which are not medical studies, all that complain are women with cancer taking the prescribed 1mg per day of anastrazol, you think that you relate more to this information than to healthy men reporting no such thing on this forum its up to you, maybe you should contact this women instead of here...
