2- after cardio , I will eat breakfast including ( carb, good fats, and protein )

3- wait two hours to drink preworkout ( outlift )+acety l carnitine 1g+scoop carbotein

4- do lifting 45-60 minutes

5- drink my post-workout : scoop carbotein+creatine HCL 2g+ protein shake ISO HD + acety l carnitine 2g

6- eat a meal including ( carb, good fats, and protein )

7- wait ((( one hour after a meal )))to take clenbuterol at once time ( 20 to 100 mcg ) 1-5 tablets

8- with clen dosage, I will drink 2-3g taurin+potassiom+b-complex

Some days, I eat a snack before do lifting such as peanut butter with cinnamon and a slide of brown toast.
