Preparing for cycles while on TRT questions

I have run many cycles in the past but never while on TRT I know I can go back to TRT and plan on doing the typical beginner once I get my BF% in order and adjusting as needed into future cycles is there anything I need to prepare for or just simply run the cycles and go back to TRT when I desire? I know generic question but details will emerge later I am assuming..
12 week: Testosterone enanthate @ 250 eod
12 week: hCG @ 250 iu
14 week: Arimidex @ 0.25mg
