    Clenbuterol, supplements, macros, and timing ?

    23 years old
    169 cm
    63 kg
    My target : lose body fat

    Clenbuterol
    Day1 : 20
    Day2 : 20
    Day3 : 40
    Day4 : 40
    Day5 : 60
    Day6 : 60
    Day7 : 60
    Day8 : 80
    Day9 : 80
    Day10 : 80
    Day11 : 80 or 100
    Day12 : 80 or 100
    Day13 : 80 or 100
    Day14 : 80 or 100

    Then two weeks off
    After two weeks off, I will repeat this plan

    1- I will do cardio LIKE ( H I I T ) on empty stomach and during cardio I will drink XTEND

    2- after cardio, I will eat breakfast ( carb, good fats, and protein )

    3- wait two hours to drink preworkout ( outlift )+acety l carnitine 1g

    4- do lifting 45-60 minutes

    5- drink my postworkout : carbotein GAT +creatine HCL 2g + protein shake ISO HD + acety l carnitine 2g

    6- after one hour, I will eat a meal ( carb, good fats, and protein )

    7- wait one hour after a meal to take clenbuterol at once time ( 20 to 100 mcg ) 1-5 tablets

    8- with clen dosage, I will drink 2-3g taurin + potassium + b complex


    Supplements

    1- iso HD
    2- carbotein GAT
    3- outlift nutrex ( preworkout )
    4- acety l-carnitine Pure
    5- xtend BCAA
    6- ZMA
    7- potassium
    8- taurine pure
    9- b-complex
    10- creatine HCL

    200g protein, 130 carb, 50g fat

    Good or not Good ?

    Your 63kg in weight but your eating 200g of protein??im 94 and i eat 140gs id switch ur macros around other than that once your cardio is being done you will lose weight.

    63*2,2 = 138 POUND
    138 POUND * 1.5 = 205g protein

    1- I will do cardio LIKE ( H I I T ) on empty stomach and during cardio I will drink XTENDDon't do bananas doing cardio. Clen will already tax your body pretty hard. Maintain a comfortable heart rate during your cardio and you'll be golden.

    2- after cardio, I will eat breakfast ( carb, good fats, and protein ) Sounds good. Eating is the best part of cutting.

    3- wait two hours to drink preworkout ( outlift )+acety l carnitine 1g

    4- do lifting 45-60 minutes

    5- drink my postworkout : carbotein GAT +creatine HCL 2g + protein shake ISO HD + acety l carnitine 2g With creatine and clen your system you'll need a lot of water. You're going to cramp. Take 5g of Taurine everyday to prevent cramps. I'd look at adding BCAA to your post workout drink

    6- after one hour, I will eat a meal ( carb, good fats, and protein ) Big Cheer for Food!

    7- wait one hour after a meal to take clenbuterol at once time ( 20 to 100 mcg ) 1-5 tablets You can increase clen 20mg/ed if you want. Increasing by 20mcg every two days is fine also. Listen to your body. Clen is harsh stuff you'll have to watch how you feel as each person's tolerance is different.

    8- with clen dosage, I will drink 2-3g taurin + potassium + b complex Ah, you already thought of Taurine. How about T4? Are you planning to augment your clen cycle with 100mcg/ed of T4?

    I saw the posts regarding protein intake. The guideline is 2g protein per 1 kg of lean body weight. That's just a recommendation. In a cutting cycle, I would take 1.5g to 2g per 1kg of body weight. If you take more, it's not a big deal. The body is very forgiving. Have fun.

    My plan is two week on and two week off

    I will cancel HIIT in the morning

    Also I will drink BCAA during liftng

    Jim stoppany says 2g of protein per pound

    Yes I will drink a lot of water

    I am going to read about T4

    Do you use T4 with clen ?
