I'm not new to cycles just overwhelmed on how different cycles are now compared to 20 years ago. HCG and PCT were something I never heard of 20 years ago. For my first cycle I'm looking to reduce body fat and gain strength without gaining to. much mass. I've been hitting the gym hard for 2 1/2 years and have really have made some good gains but now I need more. I know there are better cycles than what I am doing but it's all I can get right now. Any advice would be appreciated
