Anastrozole dosage guestion

I'm about to start running Test E at 250mg a week for 8 weeks, then going to go up to 500mg for 12 weeks, I have Anastrozole 1mg (arimidex) for while on cycle but I believe I will only need 0.25mg EOD but the tablets are tiny, I'm not sure if it would be possible to have half a tablet a week? or other ways of breaking it up

Any help would be appreciated thanks guys

Use a pill cutter to split. A 20 week cycle is a long time if you plan on coming off. Just go with 500mg for 12 weeks.

it's more then managing nipple sensitivity. Need to keep estrogen in a good range on cycle

You continue to advise people not to use an AI on cycle.
99% people on here run it for good reason, its your choice not to run it but stop telling people to only use it when its too late.

OP, run your arimidex at 0.25mg EOD from the start of the cycle.

I never say don't take it, I say have on hand but don't take it unless it's necessary. Less drugs = less sides

And how will you know if you need it? Surely, nipple sensitivity certainly isn't how you judge your E2 levels.

Blood work , itchy niples , puffy niples ... Felling enotional

You would need bloodwork every week to catch it in time
Its more sensible to run the AI from the start

You say less drugs less sides, What sides do you get from running a low dose of an AI?

Ive ran cycles without an AI and with an AI.

Without an AI = shit load of sides, with an AI = hardly no sides

Im sure 99% of the forum would agree

^^^^ exactly as Tax posted. Much better to keep it in control than try to correct it after the fact. If we were talking strictly TRT, then I would think differently. But with a full cycle, I would run an AI from the start and then adjust as blood work indicated.

I think its best to just run a small amount from day 1 of your cycle and then only bump it up if needed.
AI's are meant to PREVENT issues from ever appearing

500mg test ew or e5d. For the a adex there's no optimal dose everyone's different I would suggest 0.25 mg eod and adjust from there to find your sweet spot
