Ditch the sodium chloride that came with the hCG and replace it with BAC water, as it contains benzyl alcohol which will preserve the hCG for the length of time that you wish to use it. Sodium chloride is used when the hCG will be used immediately after reconstitution.

You can mix it with a small amount of BAC water in the ampule, draw it up, inject it into a sterile vial, and add more BAC water to achieve your desired concentration.

Or...

Mix with a small amount of BAC water in the ampule, draw it up into a large syringe, draw more BAC water into the large syringe to reach your desired concentration, then backfill some insulin syringes for individual use.

I'd say that the first method would be the preferred way to do it. In both instances, pre filled insulin syringes can be placed in the freezer in a sealed tupperware container for long term use, as hCG does have a relatively short shelf life.

The advice above is solid, but I'd like to add two points.

Hcg reconstituted with BAC water, and then refrigerated, will be fine for at least 3 months before facing any loss in potency.

After reconstitution hcg becomes fragile and should not be frozen.

Like said above sterile empty vial is the best option, like numbe said I also consider freezing HCG is not ideal.

Reconstitute, draw into an insulin needle, BAM! Done. 5 units will be your dose of HCG 250IUs.
