    Question Beginner and need advice

I'm a beginner at this and need some advice. I'm 60 yrs old, 5'10" and weight varies from 170 to 175. I'm in basically great health, little gut and handles, don't work out at this time but extremely active. My diet is primarily Meat, Potatoes, rice, bread, and SUGAR. All cooked at home and almost no fast food. I also don't drink any water but I'm aware that needs to change huge. I have decent muscle definition but it's probably due to the fact I'm injecting 0.3ml of T twice a week by prescription. The T therapy is a result of cancer and losing my prostate. Here is where I'm at. I am hating the ageing process, want to build some significant muscle mass, and want to erase some of what the age has done to me. I think I have a good foundation and feel steroids could be a major help but have no idea where to start. I am also hoping (tell me if I'm wrong) that since I am so active that I can probably accomplish what I'm looking for with sit ups, push ups, and hand weights along with some diet changes. I'm not wanting to look like I'm ready for competition. I just want to see a better me in the mirror. A "friend" suggested and supplied me with SP Sustanon 250, Trenbolene Mix 150 and some D-Ball tabs. If this is something that can be worked with great but I want to do what is recommended by a professional not my friend. No offense to him. I don't have a clue where my body fat is but it's probably off the charts so I have no idea where my weight target will be. It could be more or less than where I am currently. Right now at 170 I feel pretty good and look thin to most people. At 180 I feel like I'm busting at the seams. Feeling I look good at 170 may be smoke and mirrors due to dehydration. Not sure but I think it's possible. I don't know anything about cycles so I would like some advise on what steroid or steroid combination I should use and I need a schedule etc. One question I want addressed regards my T therapy. What reading I have done so far indicates that some of the steroids slow your body's natural T production. Since most of my T is injected is this going to work to my advantage? And should I continue the normal dose of T therapy throughout the cycles that we decide on? My Dr. also has me taking 25mg of DHEA and a tablet of BioCitrate Zinc in the morning and 50mg of Pregnenolone at night. In addition I take 0.5mg capsule of Anastrozole with each injection of T. That's a lot of info and I'm needing suggestions but I think I came to the right place. Thanks in Advance:)

So you dont lift but want muscles?? Doesnt have much logic?!?!

You are already taking steroids , testosterone is an anabolic steroid , and for you objectives TRT is more than enough.

But this is not magic, you need to work for it.

Everybody wants muscles, but dont want to lift heavy ass weights... Someone famous once said this.

Forget about tren and dbol , they are not properly healthy, tren will completely f*** you up...

After 2-3 years of lifting with trt, if you want to take the next step you can try other steroids, although with your history and age I dont advice.

Forgot to say that you have zero natural testosterone , when starting TRT natural testosterone is completely halted.

You should look into add HCG into your protocol.

    Hows your bloodwork?

Actually I just had my blood work done and my Dr was very pleased. He said the T level was good, didn't appear to have estrogen related problems, and cholesterol was only 135. Sorry if you misunderstood me about lifting. My point was I don't have a lot of equipment and I was questioning if I could get results with hand weights with some improvising. I wasn't expecting magic. And I appreciate you taking the time to help.

Sorry pal, you need a gym and a trainer to guide your training as you dont have lifting knowledge.

Also Sustanon 250 is testosterone - like your TRT. It's a blend with a few different esters. I would scrap all the other drugs your friend gave you. Tren will not be good for you. If you want to take something I would suggest upping the dose of your current test.

BB is correct. If you want muscles, you need to work out hard with real weights and a gym.

agreed with that. you should not forget that your health is very important. better look more into that and pay attention to the results of your blood work. I'm also trying to work out and I also want to get some advice as I am also (plus or minus) a beginner. but I do not want to risk with my health.

If you are on TRT then you don't need HCG or PCT. The simplest way to do a cycle would be to increase your TRT dosage from .3mg twice a week to 1mg twice a week for 12 weeks. That would increase your Test from 120mg/wk to 400mg/wk. Increase your weight training to three times to four times per week and start a cardio program. Read up about diets in the diet section of this forum. There's a lot of good information on this forum. With regular exercise and the benefit of Testosterone you should see results by the end of your cycle. Test is not a miracle drug. It takes work + Test to get good results.
