Getting back into it and have questions.

Ok I'm 38 yrs old now and just had my second baby and have quite a bit more sympathy weight than I'd like.
Been hitting the gym anytime I get a free moment and dieting again.
I've done 5 cycles before so I know it'll get me back to where I want to be a lot
    Faster.
But my cycles before were mostly just test only cycles. This time I came across some things that someone ordered and they didn't feel like going back on a cycle so I talked them into selling it to me.

Here's what I got and how I'm thinking
    Of doing it.
I've been trying to search the forums for answers but I can't really find the info I think I may need . So any help will be much appreciated BEFORE I start this adventure.

    Test decanoate 275 mg
Gold standard 10 ml x3 bottles
    .75ml every 3 days for 18 weeks

    Equipoise
    300 mg boldenone undecylenate
Start at 4 weeks in ??
.5 ml every 3 days for 9 weeks

    Test 500 (mix )=
    200mg- cypionate
    200mg- enanthate
    100mg- propionate

.5 ml every 3 days for 18 weeks

I've done (some ) reading on using Ai's during but I have no idea where
To get it from and I don't even know if
It's legal to buy or what ..

I have already ordered my regular pct of Clomid
    Basic clomid PCT:
    Day 1: 300mg
    Day 2 to 10: 100mg ED
    Day 11 to 21: 50mg ED

Like I said this is my 6th cycle but I haven't been on or even done any reading or keeping up on the latest info. This all kinda just fell into my
Lap two weeks ago and I'm trying to get a solid gameplan together before I put anything in my body.

You're a guy? Your wife just had a baby not you?

I'd say with your stats (5'9 and 240lbs and fat) you are nowhere near ready to cycle, AAS aren't a tool to lose a massive amount of fat because you gained a load of 'sympathy' weight. Get your bodyfat down to 15% if you want to cycle safely.

My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

In any event it sounds like you have some reading to do as to having the right compounds to cycle so here you you go so you can plan for a few months down the line

I usually average about 220-225 at my lowest ...
I've always been as big around and I am wide ..
Kinda sucks but that's the way I
    Built ...

    Yes the body fat is
Higher , yea my diet sucked ..

But I could really use the help
Here and a lil less critique on how heavy I am ..lol
I under stand the health risks ..
But I know this is all temporAry while I'm on .
And 3 months of risk is worth the end result imo.
Being a full time parent of 3 kiddos is tough ...
But in the end I'll b In better shape and better overall health again.

Honestly you need to hit the nutrition forum and get your meal plan sorted out first. Steroids are not magic and if you don't do that first you will be very disappointed with your cycle results even if it was well planned out

The side effects at high bodyfat arent just temporarily while on cycle for a couple of months

Example if your diet is horrible then your cholestrol is likely to be horrible, steroids can effect this, as well as blood pressure etc, not good for the heart buddy, and you only get one heart.

We arent critisising your or trying to put you down or in anyway calling you fat etc
We are simply telling you your not in a healthy or good condition to be using steroids, it may sound harsh or tough but thats the best way to get the point across sometimes

Being nice and soft to you can sometimes lead one to believe its not so serious and therefore will go off and cycle anyway.

Check it out man. I'm at the end of a 3 month cut. No cycle. Just strict nutrition and hitting the gym hard.

I'm getting ready to pop off on a cycle now and the results are going to be so much better not only cause of my physical health but also because of the good habits I developed in this time.

    Before 220 22%bf
    Now 175 7%bf

Consider cutting down over the next 3-6 months then jumping on. You'll be happy you did.

Good luck bro. You'll have a much better cycle after your cut.
