    want to get started.

    new to all this. I am 53 years old and just lost 50 pounds and have been working out 4 days a week for about 6 months. want to try and bulk up or at least define more. willing to work hard but not sure what I need. take gnc megamen viatimins and fish oil. would like to try something to help.any suggestions would be appreciated

    I did a cycle of Sustanon 250 and it work awesome! I did low dose 250 a week for 3 weeks and did 500 for 2 weeks a and went back to 250 for 3 weeks! I put on about 25 pounds! its a low dose but my body love it!

    Maybe upload a picture

    Cant really give correct advice from just your age and the fact you have lost 50lbs, but congrats on that!

    What he said ^^^^ we need a bit more info. Weight, height, bodyfat %. Also include any prior AAS use if any.
