    Question How long can you be on high test levels

    What is the highest constant dose (TRT style) that you can safely be on without needing to blast/cruise or cycle off?

    There is no definite answer, as this number will vary by individual and what they deem as "safe". But in general, you don't want to stay higher than 800-1,000 ng/dl. And even that will come with more sides/risk than 500-700 ng/dl.

    I'm on TRT and I try not to do more than 3 cycles in a couple of years.

    What's the reason for that? Seems like it would be easier coming off a cycle when you just have to cruise instead of worrying about PCT.
