The rule of thumb is waiting the length of time you've been on cycle + PCT period. If you did a 12 week cycle and 4 week PCT you should wait at least 16 weeks before your next cycle. That's just a baseline. I would personally say that you shouldn't do more than 3 cycles in 2 years.

I'd say at least two months just to give your body a chance to find homeostasis, then go for blood work. If the test prove you're back to normal, then I don't see an issue hoping back on. But if there is a problem found, you will need more time, as starting another cycle will deteriorate your situation further and is quite irresponsible...

Is arimidex your pct?
Is this your first cycle? What was the full plan?
You should have been running arimidex throughout your cycle and now be on a pct of Nolva and clomid. If you don't you are risking your natural test levels more than you already have with this cycle.NO SOURCES GIVEN
